Decided to become a coach to help women be stronger and healthier versions of themselves. Athletes train and eat, others diet and exercise. Which are you? I know i want to be an athlete and be strong for my kiddos. I love helping others in so many different ways to be healthy.. from oils to workouts to food. I know I dont know everything but im always doing research to grow my brain and expand my horizens on how to live a happier and healthier life.
